Rewards

accreditation program rewards

With the contribution of the center for international private enterprise, egsae has chosen 3 of its members to attend asae boston conference ………………………

EgSAE chose 3 of its members who obtained accreditation in more than one specialization with highest grades in the CIPE/EgSAE ATP to attend the ASAE & the Center for Association Leadership 2006 Annual Meeting & Exposition August 19-22 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in the United States. The rewarded members are:

  • Dalia Youssef
    Egyptian Businessmen's Association (EBA)

  • Hatem Zaki
    Business Enterprise Support Tools (BEST)

  • Mirjam Vera Van Ijssel
    Egyptian Chef's Association (ECA)

In its mission-driven path to support the development of executives in the area of association management, EgSAE is exploring all available means and tactics, one of which, of course, will be its presence at the ASAE Boston Conference 2006.

The Centre for International Private Enterprise CIPE Washington, DC has agreed to contribute to this and EgSAE chose 3 of its members who obtained accreditation in more than one specialization with highest grades in the CIPE/EgSAE Accreditation Training Program ATP (Hatem, Dalia & Mirjam), in addition to its executive director (Salam).

The benefits to be gained by EgSAE executives from attending the Boston Conference can be summarized as follows:

1)     Achievers should be rewarded and this encourages more Egyptian NGO executives to get engaged with the accreditation program.

2)     The participants will directly be exposed to capacity building, professional association management, skills enhancement and bridging knowledge gap.

3)     Participants will be challenged, inspired and recharged and when back to their associations will try to implement and pass on some of what they have learnt there.

4)     Since those particularly chosen participants hold senior positions in their own organisations, they are expected and have the authority to pass on what they will learn and gain from their participation. Also in particular, they should be able to form networks and experience the latest products and services in the associations field which they will definitely implement all or most in their own organisation.

5)     EgSAE’s members participating in ASAE conference will be exposed to how associations working in the democratic world do function and are governed. This exposure will be transferred to their associations in Egypt and 4 Egyptian associations will benefit.

6)     EgSAE will expand its international networks and alliances which will support its mission and impact.

Learning, connecting and exploring  a wider horizon
are
worth the experience and expense.
