The EJB will launch a manual
specifically tailored for family
businesses to apply the principles
of the Egyptian Code of Corporate
Governance.
It will be the 1st MANUAL IN THE
MIDDLE EAST that will represent a
guide for families engaged in the
business to progressively introduce
Corporate Governance principles to
the organization and successfully
implement the Egyptian Code of
Corporate Governance.
