Membership Fees
1- Entrance Fee is paid once at the time of submission of application form and is non-refundable 2 - Changing status from affiliate to a full member will require the submission of a written request to the Board together with the variant amount in entrance fee. 3 - Annual fee for new members is paid within 10 days after notification of BOD’s acceptance 4 - Renewals should be paid before the 31st of January of each year.

Definition of Membership Categories
I. Individual Membership This membership is subdivided into three types :- 1 - Full Member: (Has voting rights at the association’s general assembly meetings) Criteria for this category ❏ Working in the associations’ sector ❏ Top management position with a minimum of five years (Executive Directors & CEOs, Managerial Staff, Association Consultants, Development Professionals and Directors of Investors Associations) ❏ A university degree ❏ Two references from EgSAE members and Board approval 2- Associate Member: (Has NO voting rights at the association’s general assembly meetings) Criteria for this category This type is offered to individuals working in sectors other than associations and has two references from EgSAE members and Board approval. 3- Affiliate Member: (Has NO voting rights at the association’s general assembly meetings) Criteria for this category An affiliate member is an individual working in the associations’ sector but do not comply with the minimum of five years experience in association management. II. Corporate Membership This membership is subdivided into Two types :- 1) Associations Benefits spelt out in figures: * A discount of L.E. 1500 in the entrance fee * A discount of L.E. 600 in the annual fee * A silver sponsor of 6 events during the year with a 40% discount at each event (1000 x 6 = L.E. 6000). Silver sponsorship covers a table for 8 persons, display of marketing material and public acknowledgement. * An advertisement in our newsletter for 6 issues ( 500 x 6 = L.E. 3000) * Posting of the logo with link to the home page on our website for one year (250 x 12 = L.E. 3000) * Announcement of all activities, events and achievements using our website, printed material and direct mail. * The 1st to join in 2006 will be marked as "The Association of the year" 2) Businesses Business membership is offered to all businesses and corporations other than associations It includes the membership of 6 persons.   Benefits spelt out in figures: * A discount of L.E. 1000 in the entrance fee * A discount of L.E. 1200 in the annual fee * A silver sponsor of 6 events during the year with a 40% discount at each event (1000 x 6 = L.E. 6000).
