  "Internship opportunity for NGOs”
 

Commencing in summer 2007, the Center for International Legal Studies will provide American law students without cost as summer trainees to NGOs.

There is no cost to the host. The students care for their own travel and lodging and expect no stipend. He or she is available for three or four weeks in July and August. The student should be assigned legal or administrative tasks at the NGO.

The students have had six or seven years at university and are completing their Juris Doctor degrees, many have business experience, and many have already worked for public agencies or law firms in the United States.
